Visual Basic doesn't use resources for holding dialog templates. It uses FORMS instead. You may try a debugger like SmartCheck in order to clarify this stuff. Anyhow, if you want to modify VB-forms, there are some handy programs... I can't remember names... Try searching for VB decompiler or so.

vb

1) Please don't post two times the same message.
2) Please don't post in CAPS. IT IS HARD TO READ

3) Depends. Visual Basic 2/3/4 applications can be decompiled. In that case, try DoDi's/AshSoft's decompiler. Visual Basic 5/6 ones cannot be decompiled. Try SmartCheck 6.2RC2 from the FTP for checking, and form extractors for extracting the forms. If you want to edit the properties of a control, I know how, but you'll have to wait and look in the Windows Tutorials for a post of mine.

Hope it helps a bit...
