Problems resolving exetools.com?
Ping request could not find host www.exetools.com. Please check the name and try again.
I can't visit the website, forums anything, I just assumed it was all down for several days. I went and asked a friend to resolve the site, and voila, I can visit it via the ip address. is this a security settings issue? or is it my ISP blocking this? Thanks |

If you can visit it by the IP addresss then it is most likely a problem with your ISP's DNS. A DNS resolves the written URL into an IP address. It should eventually work itself out. Is your friend on the same ISP as you?

No, hes on a different isp.
I hope the dns issue is resolved soon, but if it isn't im just going to edit my hosts file |

Viasek: Right... The fact that your friend is on a different ISP supports gabri3l's idea that the problem lies with your ISP's DNS servers.
Unfortunately, I've been having the same problem, both from home and from work, which are on different ISPs... |
