I Look for a fast small android simulator,what is it
I test genymotion,genymotion has various machine type,but genymotion easy crash in my pc,BlueStacks is other simulator, sysytem require is big,my pc ram is only 1G.

I wish run some App,not develop.

I install Youwave,run it and msg "Android OS not ready. Please wait a few seconds before retrying." then open youwave web page.

Try Oracle VirtualBox with android x86, you could even install that os as dual boot...

reinstall ,run app, YouWave msg " has ARM native code and is not supported",
my PC is too old. no more test.

Yes it does not support ARM native code..that the problem i have also encountered ..can't do anything about it...either use Android phone or these emulator ..let me do search..i will try to find more ...but i dont think there might be any tool there that can help you with this..or you can try to run app on Intel Atom based emulator...i think ADT has that option in SDK manager that you can either choose to use ARM image or IntelAtom image for emulator ..

Windroy it is good stable , and the best is the ability to run android native applications on windows
