UEFI tool for edit boot options

I am looking for a UEFI boot options editing (NVRAM) tool that works under Windows but does not use Windows features to support UEFI but works independently. I would like to edit UEFI nvram under WinXP 64-bit
The BootICE program has the ability to edit, but only in systems that support UEFI - Vista and newer.

Of course I can use WinPE Vista and newer, but I want it under WinXP. The point is also that the AIDA64 program does not recognize UEFI mode under WinXP while the computer was started in UEFI mode without CSM

So what if EOL ??? For me it is enough, and besides, I am interested in everything related to this system.
