InstallMaker

I wanna figure out how to install registered versions from this tool - many setups have both a regged and a demo ver, but the regged asks for a sn. How can I sniff it?

Do you mean the install maker by clickteam?
It seems to use a RSA protection.
I'm not sure.

If it uses RSA you can't sniff the sn#
(if the algo was implemented correctly )

It seems to be a password protection:
The key you enter is used to decrypt
the files in the archive....

Password sniffing is not possible...

I already passed to create a password
which is accepted by the setup program...

The only problem is that the password does
not decrypt the files properly

Who knows....

If I knew the SN format, would this be applicable?

Ah, many. I'm focused on Multimedia Fusion and TGF Pro (not Home).
