Err... I can't understand your question.

If you're having trouble using the .iso, just mount it with Daemon Tools (available from hxxp://www.daemon-tools.cc) or something similar.

If you've got the .iso mounted but can't install Visual C++, I'm not sure I can help.. Basically just click Next, Next, Finish?

Regards,

A lot of people seem to have the same problem. Me too. I've tried a lot of suggested tricks but no one worked for me. I solved the problem in a quite drastical way... format your HD, make a fresh install of your OS and before installing anything else do your VS installation: no more error for me.

OK, try it at you own risk... I cannot be sure it will work for you.

Bye, Saiwa

For me, there was not problems. I installed this from .iso file using DVD emulator. But previous i completely reformed this image, to include latest MSDN and some add-ons from M$. This means, that with downloaded image all is OK.

P.S. I'm using "Nero burning rom" built-in DVD emulator. New (reorganized) image was built with M$ tool (for making OS boot CD's).
Some emulating software sometimes can't handle full DVD's ...

To MEAN:
I verified files from your err log - they are OK.
Try extract this from .iso with IsoBuster, if success, extract all image and install from HDD. I make my installation with full extract, recompose and iso rebuild.
