The version of setup you want could be hiding in one of the cab files - grab a installshield archive manager from protools and check them out (you may well find that all the files you need to patch your game are in there waiting and there's no actually need for the setup.exe).

I looked through protools archive but haven't found "installshield archive manager". Is it the exact name?
By the way, by "protools" you mean protools.cjb.net ?

yes. you can search several other sites. never underestimate power of google.
winpack is one of them GUI too. you can also try others like I6comp. fxp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/win32os2/i6comp020.zip I dont know if it works on Installshield 7 cab files. you can use InstallShield CAB file Viewer, this should work.
