Wink WINE

Use Wine.

Wine is a Windows Emulator for linux.

There's also Winex available which is especially designed to run Direct 3D windows games under linux

As ArC said use Wine but there will be performance penalties and some features will not work. I recall running IDA Pro 4.30 at Linux RedHat 9.0 box, but at pathetic speed and problems with save IDB.
