Angry Buggy Protection

i have a software written in Visual Basic 5 and packed with UPX.
The software has keydisk check protection. I dont have the keydisk and whenever i run it asks for the key disk to present in floppy drive. anyone plz tell me how to bypass this keydisk check. i have unpacked the EXE. I have downloaded WASM32 and Hiew. Any other tools needed. Can i use Ollydbg instead of SoftIce cause Softice doesn't run on my computer. I have posted a thread on softice in Request section.

1. Of course you don't have to use SoftIce. Besides, 90% of protections search for SoftIce - so it's better to use any other tool (Debuggy is good choice as it's not often being hunted).

2. For tracing you can use: NuMega SmartCheck or DoDi VB Disassembler

Also better start reading about VB dlls

Regards
