CPU load 100% and hang after start softice (driver studio 3.01 from FTP)

CPU load 100% and hang after start softice (load from FTP Compuware.SoftICE.Driver.Suite.3.0.1.StinkyD) in service "net1.exe".

How can i fix this problem?
I use WindowXP professional edition SP1, Pentium IV 2.4 GHz, Ram 512 MB
