BIOS Dumper/Verifier

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with taking a BIOS file and comparing it to the one existing in the onboard ROM currently to make sure they match and there are no viruses or hacks installed? Dumping and fc would seem simple.

0s and 1s are a limited playground but the full world is a lot more complicated and every agency half wit and his cousin are now getting a lot more good with attacking the digital world from a physical means. BIOS hacks and viruses are more common place than appreciated and hypervisors are more the norm being used by all color hats. With enough resources, its possible wireless micro chips could even be inserted under and between motherboard BIOS chips to hypervise without changing anything which would be extremely hard to find. Some have said the hardware is worthless when this happens as the electronics laboratory necessary to hunt down such a hack would be outside any reasonable budget.

Nevertheless, it would be interested to determine a way to start defeating or provably detecting them. Any ideas?
