Question Best section to post a crack and keygen I created?

Being that I am not a recognized developer, and I cannot post in the developer section, what forum section would be the most appropriate place for me to post a crack and a separate keygen that I have personally developed? Since I will also be posting the source code for the keygen, I assume the "Source Code" section would most appropriate for that one, but what about the crack (for a piece of software unrelated to reversing)?

Or perhaps this forum is not the appropriate place to post such a crack? The crack is for SeriousBit NetBalancer 9.10.3.1297 (newest version released a few days ago). There hasn't been a publicly released crack for this software since version 9.4.1 (June 2016), and since then many new features have been added and many features have been removed from the free version.

Though not really a reversing tool, the software I wrote the keygen for (source included) is called Cameyo. It is a software virtualization package. It is used for creating portable applications and sandboxed app containers. I'm sure many of you have used it before. I am a fanatic when it comes to portablizing as many apps on my computer as possible, and this app is one of the most useful for doing so.

I just wanted to get a moderators input before posting either package, so I don't accidentally put them in an inappropriate section. Thanks.

Oh, and one more thing, I would prefer for the Cameyo keygen and source code to stay within the community. Although, I know that isn't always possible, what is the best practice for doing so? Just post forum attachments instead of file sharing links?

I guess I will just go ahead and post NetBalancer in the 'Reversing Software' section and the Cameyo keygen in the 'Source Code' section.

As a general rule, we only allow cracks to be posted if the software for which they were made pertains to reverse engineering, hacking/pen testing, programming, etc... NetBalancer is okay to post in the reversing software section since if falls into a number of these categories. You are also welcome to post source code to keygens you make in the source code section.
