Bug of safekey Hardlock 24K emulator

When safekey 10K &18K size hardlcok.sys are not workable on some new hardlock protected program, I have to use 24k size hardlock.sys of safekey instead. There is one bug of the this sys,which will cause restarting the computer when some hardlock api occurs. I don't why.Does anyone else know it and tell me how to resolve it or upload the latest safekey hardlock.sys here.
However, toro's hardlock emulator is another choise,but toro disabled the 0xE function in it which cause it not work with hardlock envolope. I tried to enable it recently but I failed. Does anyone succeed?
