Hacking a VB-Prog
Hi!
Im trying to hack a program called Key Mouse Genie (4.1). Its a VB/Win prog. Im actually not trying to crack it, but I want to change a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-D). The Ctrl-D shortcut enables/disables the program. I have tryed to disassemble and debuged it to find WHERE the Ctrl-D is defiend to change it, but Im to much of a newbe to find it. Have hacked before but it was on DOS and probably 10years ago, newer tryed this windows-stuff. Can someone help me out on this one? |

I would do a google search for vbreformer. It is the easiest way to edit the interface to vb applications.

Oh NO. You don't mean Searching might reveal useful information, do you???
![]() It is an interesting concept, is it not? People can actually find information, if they will only take the time to look for it. ![]() ![]() Regards,

I have tryed VBReFormer and other "decompilers" but all i seem to be able to change is text and apperance.
If this was DOS i would just look for a Ctrl-D at the correct Interrupt (in ASM debug), but I have no clue on how to do this i a Win-Prog. Have tryed to find it in OllyDebug but my knowlage isnīt enuff. Can someone explain how to change this in a VB-Prog? |
