Problems with mouse

Hi,
it's a very old problem (for me), so I apologise if this was discussed before (but I couldn't find anything using search on this forum, google ect).
I am having some problems with my mouse pointer wen I use SI. It "goes crazy" sometimes (I suppose it happens when SoftIce activates while I am moving the pointer) - I mean I cannot control it anymore (but in SI window everything works fine) and system behaves ridiculously when I move my mouse (windows are "jumping", menus are popping, ect.). The only suggestion I've found was to press Ctrl+M in SI, but it doesn't work. It is really painful for me, because I have to restart computer to use my mouse normally.
I am using Windows 2003 Server (PL), SI: 4.3.1, my mouse: a4tech www-31. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

exactly. Suggest you disable mouse support and forget until changing your mouse.

Thank you very much for reply. Do you mean that the problems I'm experiencing are caused by my mouse? Could you recommend me a mouse that would work correctly on my system?
