Try to take a look where connection is dropped with a traceroute / tracert, for my ISP the typical path is:

1: ISP router ip
2: ISP router ip
3: ISP router ip
4: ISP router ip
5: ISP router ip
6: last ISP router ip
7: cloudflare.mix-it.net
8: exetools.com ip

maybe it's your ISP or a cloudflare problem
