Banned on IRC with Mirc

I don't know if this is the best place to post my problem, but I'm desperate... If this is against the rules I'll understand .

Hi! I have a little doubt about Mirc...

As I mentioned in this matter's title, I've been banned from "Chatzona or Irc Hispano", and many times I've been banned for being rude, troublemaker, etc... the problem is that I can't find a way to unban me.

In the past I only changed the IP address and that was enough but now it isn't, the banning is still popping up. I tried changing the IP and reseting many times the router, erasing registers, changing the nick and Ident and general settings, switching the network, the computer name, and all those things someone does for common sense, but it says I'm still banned.

What information does the Mirc send about me? some ID in particular? because it only happens on this computer, if I'm on the same network and use a different computer I'm not banned and nothing happens, I don't use scripts, I don't have Ircap, just the mirc...

Obviously I'm not going to talk to an Operator or with a "@" because they'll tell me to go to hell but if you could tell me or if someone know what "info" in particular is sent to the network, which it is still stored on this PC because no matter what I delete, I keep being detected
