...i'm trying now to code my own 80186 emulator...
Look this project - hxxp://www.chez.com/mobali/sperso/emu486/html/welcome.html - an emulation of PC on Intel 486 (for LINUX). Its source codes are free and they can be (I hope) a good base for your own emulator.
