New or Unknown Protector

Hi to all,
during searching for some protectors/packers with SDK, i find this japanese stuff:

(in the same page you can find also a link to download demo).

The protector have also HW fingerprint features (as many other protectors).
So i see many list of many tools and this protector is not mentioned.
Can be that this protector is used in many unknown protectors/packers files?
Exist any info ot tool about this?
